California Adventure

California Adventure

After putzing around for the last year or so, I finally decided to go ahead and pull the trigger and actually maintain a website.  While it is still very much a work in progress, I am cautiously pleased with what I have so far.  Special thanks go to my buds Ken, Mike and Justin.  Each provided input (or will provide input once I ask!) on hosting, themes, layout and technical issues.  Special, special thanks go to my wife Kelly for giving her feedback, but mainly for keeping the kids out of my hair while I worked.

With all that being said, Holy Blogsh!t Batman… I am about to make my first blog posting ever!  Now if I could just figure out how to turn off that damn whitish/gray border around the photos…

BTW – Please feel to make any critique on the site.  I am all ears.

    Congrats my friend! Looks good.

Would agree with you on the white border…not sure about it.

Love the image…looks like you pulled off a little Focal Point. Question though…that third palm from the left…is that a lens flare over it?

I did use a “touch” of Focal Point, I think that is lens flare… or a dreaded dust spot. I took this almost 10 months…

    Hey Rick,
Congrats on starting your blog….lots of work but I think you will inspire and amaze people with your photography and editing skills. I am looking forward to seeing your blog! – Pat.
